Reviews and Ratings
I had a fantastic stay at the hotel! The rooms were amazing with an extraordinary view, although a little small but acceptable. The service was fantastic overall, very attentive and friendly, but not very helpful when we wanted to travel to spots around the island. The location was great, right at a great beach and near the sea shore, perfect for relaxing and watching amazing sunsets. The dining experience was mixed, with some great options but lacking healthy choices. The price is a bit on the expensive side, but the facilities are top-notch.
My stay at the hotel was simply wonderful. The rooms, which I paid a bit more for, were very nice and clean, making me feel like I was in Bali staying in a perfect, clean room. They were immaculate and large enough to be extremely comfortable. The service was a bit inconsistent; while the staff could be inattentive and self-absorbed with each other, they were overall humble, ensuring the safety of my belongings. The location was fantastic, being close to shops and restaurants, and the northern end of Jungutbatu Beach offered a big stretch of sand, restaurants, massages, and a minimarket. However, the facilities seemed underutilized, and it would have been better if they had included a gym or other recreational facilities. As for dining, the limited options were a downside, though the fruit preserves were a nice touch.
The hotel is perfectly situated at the northern end of Jungutbatu Beach, within walking distance to restaurants and shops, with a big stretch of sand and various amenities nearby. The rooms lacked space for clothes but were conveniently located facing the street and in need of additional seating. The service was a mix of standout attention and some room for improvement regarding maintaining a calm ambience for all guests. The location is charming, right on a great beach, but could benefit from minor cosmetic touch-ups. The dining options were varied but fell short on some ordinary elements. Overall, a decent value with a few notable drawbacks.
The hotel offers spacious and clean rooms with a nice attached balcony, perfect for a family of 2 adults and 2 kids. The service is friendly and attentive, ensuring a safe and humble experience. The location is great for those seeking a large beach for swimming and relaxation, with plenty of dining options nearby. The dining experience provides a good selection of international and Asian dishes. Facilities are well-maintained, offering basic amenities for a comfortable stay.
The hotel is situated at the northern end of Jungutbatu Beach, offering a lovely stretch of sand with restaurants, massage services, and minimarkets nearby. The rooms are nice and clean, albeit a bit small and could use some cosmetic updates. The service provided is top-notch, with friendly staff catering to your needs. The location is excellent for exploring local restaurants on foot but can get crowded on the sunbeds. The dining experience is satisfactory but not exceptional. The facilities are generally good, with a few improvements needed.
The hotel offers very nice and clean rooms with all essential amenities. The ground level room we requested due to my wife's difficulty with stairs was comfortable, with excellent air conditioning, a cozy bed, and a lovely terrace overlooking Mount Agung and the beach. The service was friendly, although some minor language barriers were present. The location at the northern end of Jungutbatu Beach was beautiful but seemed understaffed at times. The dining experience was decent, but some orders were mixed up. Overall, the hotel provides good value for money with a great location and friendly staff.
The hotel is set on Lembongan Island on the West coast, boasting a great location with beautiful artistic lighting at night. While the sunbeds may require an early stakeout, the layout and beach area are on point. However, it's quite far away from other attractions on the island.
